Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was amazing. The newly refurbished hotel provided us with a spacious room facing the lake, amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The service was seamless with check-in and check-out. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the Living Room Restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Geneva.

I was delighted with my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Geneva. The concierge team, especially Jonathan, Heni, and Laurane, provided really good service in helping me plan my trip. The hotel itself has a boutique-like feel and my lakefront room was spacious with a beautiful marble bath. The terrace offered a amazing view of the lake and the famous Jet. The room service was perfect and the food at The Kitchen restaurant was fantastic. I had a wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton and I highly recommend it for a nice stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The suite we stayed in had fine views of the lake, and the recently renovated old building with its great architecture impressed us. The hotel's location was amazing, right next to the lake and close to the shopping area. We were able to walk to see many of the city's sights and the train station was just a short 5-7 minute walk away. The staff were friendly and were very good too make our stay comfortable. They even accommodated our early check-in and late check-out requests. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options were all great.

Good Here we were in awe of the luxurious amenities and the exceptional service provided by the staff. the room was impeccably designed with exclusive features and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and the library was a great place to relax. the location was convenient for exploring the city.
